On another note. I find it curious that the billing isn’t consistant. Surely there’s a style guide that says either man first or woman first. Perhaps the Looney-Warde couple were the victims of snickering editors. You gotta assume that marriage announcement editors live for these situations and bend the rules accordingly to make their job a little fun.
Re: the Jay Leno comment—Now that you say that, I totally see it. But it cracked me up hard enough when I first saw it that I had to show my girlfriend, and that’s litmus test enough for me.
